Just to clarify how this feature works - the VAT exemption is not based on IP location, but rather on customers entering their VAT ID at checkout and clicking the Validate button. Once validated, this should remove the VAT from their order.
I tested this on your site and I am seeing some strange behavior. When I validate a VAT ID and then go to a product page, it correctly shows the price excluding VAT as expected. However, when I reach the checkout page, the VAT seems to be added back again.
I believe there might be a conflict or misconfiguration affecting this. This could be caused by another VAT plugin interfering with B2BKing (if you have any other EU VAT plugins, please make sure to disable them), or possibly multiple B2BKing VAT rules conflicting with each other.
If you'd like, I can investigate this directly on your site to identify the exact cause. For that, I would need backend admin access to your site or a staging clone where I can troubleshoot this.
