    Os clientes dos afiliados, após efetuarem o cadastro com o link enviado, não estão aparecendo na lista de clientes do Afiliado. Vimos que, somente aparecem, após concluirem uma compra. Como fazer para que o cliente consta na lista de clientes do afiliado logo após o cadastro, de forma a possiblitar o controle de seus leads corretamente.?

    Thanks for reaching out,

    Normally, customers should appear in the affiliate's customer list right after registration through their referral link. Since you're experiencing a delay, I suspect this might be related to caching.

    Do you have any caching plugins or server-side caching enabled on your site? If so, please note that the agent dashboard must be excluded from caching - it's quite sensitive to caching and this can result in situations where customers don't show up properly until after a purchase.

     

    If that doesn't help or if you're not using any caching, I'd be happy to troubleshoot this directly on your site. For that, I would need a backend admin login to the site or a staging clone site where I can investigate the problem.

    Hi Alessandro,

    Thanks for providing access. I'm happy to review it directly and troubleshoot this for you.

    What is the site URL? I tried logging in to https://www.sutalaboratory.com/minha-conta/ which seems to be the site connected to your account, but that login shows the error 'Endereço de email desconhecido' so it doesn't seem to be working.

     

    Regarding coordinating access at the same time - unfortunately that's difficult for us as our customers are in many different time zones and it's not feasible to schedule specific times. However, I'll be happy to take a full video recording of my screen throughout the troubleshooting process and share that with you afterwards so you can see exactly what I did.

    Please let me know the correct site URL and I'll get started on this.
