    Hi Support Team,

    We are having an issue with the Order status. When an order is placed by a sub-account user, the order status is On-Hold. We need the order status to be Processing. We have already checked the documentation regarding thisĀ https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/purchase-order-gateway/
    We have also added the required code snippet still for the sub-acount user when they use Purchase Order Gateway, the order status is On-Hold. We need to be in processing.
    Can you please check if this is the issue with your plugin's latest version?
    As this is a live website, please don't make any major changes.

    I'd like to clarify a few things to better understand what's happening:

    1. The code snippet from our documentation only applies to orders placed specifically with the B2BKing Purchase Order gateway. Are these orders being placed with the Purchase Order gateway, or are customers using other payment methods? This would help narrow down the issue.

    2. Just to confirm - are subaccount users getting "On-Hold" status while regular B2B accounts get "Processing" status for their orders? Or is this affecting all users?

    3. Have you checked if the subaccount might be configured to require order approval? You can verify this in the subaccount settings here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/company-order-approval/.

     

    Typically, B2BKing doesn't directly control the order status - this is usually managed by the payment gateway itself.

     

    Could you clarify these points please?
