What is the easiest way to change the Owner/Head/Top user of a company which has subaccounts.

    Let's say:

    Mike (top account holder)

    • Bill (subaccount)
    • Tony (subaccount)
    • Mary (subaccount)

    Mike has left the company.

How do we make Bill the top account holder moving forward?

    Hi Roman,

Thanks for reaching out. The best option would be to go to B2BKing -> Tools -> User Editor:

    1. For the Bill user (new top user), use the 'Turn subaccounts into regular accounts' tool
    2. Then for Tony and Mary (still subusers), use the 'Set users as subaccounts of account' tool to set them as subaccounts of Bill.

This requires you to know the user IDs of each user. You could go to B2BKing -> Customers page and search for the company name to see all subaccounts associated and make a list of their IDs.

Sorry, there's no quicker option available right now. However, if this is something you need to do often, it can certainly be automated with code and I can share relevant code snippets.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
