One reason it might not be showing is if you don't have registration roles enabled in the plugin settings.
Could you please go to B2BKing → Registration Roles and make sure you have at least 2 roles enabled? If all roles are currently disabled, that would explain why the dropdown isn't appearing - those enabled roles are the options that show up in the dropdown.
If you'd like, we can also troubleshoot this directly on the site. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.
