I have noticed that the Dynamic Rules no longer list the assigned users in Alphabetical order. They appear to now display in date assigned order. Can this be changed back as it makes it difficult to quickly search and find customers assigned to a particular rule.
On that note, is there any way we can enable the Dynamic Rules applied to a User, to be displayed within the User Account section, so we can edit a User and see what Dynamic Rules are applied to them similar to the Customer Group under the B2B User Settings? This would be a huge help as some of our Dynamic Rules have many Users assigned.
Regarding the users in Dynamic Rules, we've recently made some significant changes and added AJAX search functionality.
If you check our latest update and go to B2BKing -> Early Access and enable "Dynamic Rules", you'll see our new revamped system. In a rule, you can now select "Choose specific users" where you can add and view users assigned to that rule with a much better interface.
We'll be moving forward with this new UI going forward. Would alphabetical sorting in this new interface help with what you need? If so, I will check to see if we can achieve it either by default or with a snippet - just let me know!
Regarding viewing which rules are assigned to each user, I may be able to help you with a custom snippet for this. To create something that works well for your site, I'd need to know:
- Approximately how many total rules does your site have? (Is it around 100 or more like 100,000? This is important for performance considerations)
- Would you need this to show only rules assigned directly to the username, or should it also include rules that apply to everyone and the user's customer group?
