i have stumbled upon a problem while editing wholesale prices in our store which has WPML in it. While wholesale prices in polish currency look good (i have uploaded it via csv file import) the prices in euro do not make any sense. I cannot find where i can edit them. Do you know how to resolve this issue?

    in this particular example

    Retail price: 105,00 zł
Wholesale price: 83,64 zł  - this is OK

but changing the currency ti euro i see this

Retail price: €5,19 (i dont know where this number is coming from)
Wholesale price: €25,95 (this is actualy our retail price which we specify in each product and it shows as a wholesale one)

unfortunately the site is under develompent right know so you wont be able to access the link, hope screenshots will be enough. thanks in advance

    Hi Dmitri,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Could you clarify - are you using the WCML currency switcher (https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/)? And no other currency exchange plugin?

In WCML, how are your currencies and exchange rates configured? Do you have fixed exchange rates, or are you using live exchange rates via API? A screenshot of the relevant WCML settings area would be really helpful here.

Something important to check - what happens if you temporarily deactivate B2BKing completely? You won't have wholesale prices, but is the retail price in EUR correct then? If the retail price is also incorrect without B2BKing, you might have an issue with the exchange rates configuration or there could be a conflict with another plugin affecting pricing or discounts.

Our plugin does have an integration with WCML but it has some limitations. For multicurrency functionality, we're best integrated with the FOX currency plugin. That said, we'd definitely like to help resolve this if possible.

    Could you please:
    1. Run that test to see what happens when B2BKing is deactivated - is the EUR retail price correct then?
    2. Try deactivating any other plugins that might affect prices, like discount rules plugins
    3. Ideally we would troubleshoot directly on the site. If that is not possible, please share detailed screenshots of your WCML currencies configuration so we can try to reproduce the conditions on our own test site.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
