Hi, I am trying to apply the hidden stock tool for B2C/Guests but somehow it is applied in 2 or 3 SKUs of 400+. I also tried uploading as a CSV but with no effect. The first time i applied the tool 2 days ago it did work for the products i checked but ever since I noticed the rest of them didnt show hidden stock. Also, noticed that we could make the hidden stock work by getting into every product and removing the tiered price table box.
When you mention the 'hidden stock tool', are you referring to the setting in B2BKing → Settings → Other → "Hide stock for B2C users"? If you're referring to something else, could you share a screenshot to help me understand better?
From what you're describing - where the setting works on some products but not others, and removing the tiered pricing table seems to fix it - this sounds like it could be a caching issue. When you save products, it often clears caches which might explain why you're seeing this behavior.
