I would like to know if there is a way to be notified of quote requests and discussions that our customers initiate from their B2B business accounts on our WP and WooCommerce site. Initial experience shows that discussions appear in the discussion tab in our back office, but we have not been notified of these discussions or quote requests.
Is there a specific setting that needs to be added? Thank you for your response. Hugues
To receive notifications for new messages and quote requests, please go to WooCommerce → Settings → Email and make sure the "New Message / Conversation" email is enabled. By default, this email gets sent to your admin management email.
I'd also recommend installing a mail logging plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ to help check if emails show in the log or not. Sometimes you'll find the emails are being sent (they show up in the log), but not actually reaching your inbox.
If that's the case, it's a common WordPress issue that can be solved by configuring an SMTP plugin like WP Mail SMTP. This ensures emails are properly delivered and not blocked by spam filters.

Hi Hugues,
Thanks for reaching out!

If you'd like to control which specific email address receives these notifications, you can add this code snippet: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/change-email-recipient-for-new-message-quote-emails/
