The currency rules you're looking for can be found in B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules (not in the settings area).
To set up currency for specific users or groups, please go to your WordPress backend, navigate to B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules, and create a "Set currency" rule there. You can configure which groups or users should see which currency.

Another question: is it possible to later display the product price to the customer in a different currency, taking conversion into account (ESD → UAH, EUR → UAH)?
To clarify regarding currency rules, please note the B2BKing rule is designed to change the currency symbol on the frontend (e.g. to make it appear as USD), but it does not change the actual numeric value. For example, a price of 850 would simply appear as 850 USD, there is no conversion.
If your goal is to change the price based on an exchange rate or convert prices (e.g. ESD -> UAH, EUR -> UAH), B2BKing cannot do that on its own. In that case, you would need a dedicated currency plugin. We recommend using FOX: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/
