1. In WooCommerce tax settings, set prices to be entered including tax, and show prices including tax in cart/checkout. This will apply for your B2C/guest users.
2. In B2BKing, create a "Tax Exemption" dynamic rule for B2B users. This will make them see net prices everywhere, including the cart.
This setup should apply consistently across the site, including invoices.
Regarding Germanized Pro for invoice generation - we usually work with the free PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin, so I can't guarantee 100% it works out of the box with Germanized for invoice purposes. That said, it very well may work perfectly. If not, we'll help you tweak settings or create a custom template - either way we'll find a solution or workaround if needed. I suspect everything will work fine though.
