Hi Stefan, 

I’ve noticed an issue where the manual adjustments made in the backend are automatically deleted once the user logs into their account.

Could you please advise:

• Is this expected behaviour within SalesKing?

• and what would be the recommended way to retain manual backend adjustments without them being overridden on user login?
