Could you please clarify a bit regarding the "manual adjustments" you are referring to? Do you mean going to SalesKing -> Payouts -> View Payouts and making a vendor balance adjustment there?
If you could provide a few more details or a screenshot of where you are making the change, that would be very helpful.
Generally speaking, based on the behavior you described (data reverting/deleting), the issue is often related to caching. If you have any caching plugins active, please try to exclude the agent dashboard page from caching completely in the plugin's settings. The dashboard is very sensitive to caching and should be excluded to function correctly.
If you'd like, we can also troubleshoot this directly on the site to get to the bottom of it quicker. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.

I’ve noticed an issue where the manual adjustments made in the backend are automatically deleted once the user logs into their account.

and what would be the recommended way to retain manual backend adjustments without them being overridden on user login?
