Could you please clarify a bit regarding the "manual adjustments" you are referring to? Do you mean going to SalesKing -> Payouts -> View Payouts and making a vendor balance adjustment there?
If you could provide a few more details or a screenshot of where you are making the change, that would be very helpful.
Generally speaking, based on the behavior you described (data reverting/deleting), the issue is often related to caching. If you have any caching plugins active, please try to exclude the agent dashboard page from caching completely in the plugin's settings. The dashboard is very sensitive to caching and should be excluded to function correctly.
If you'd like, we can also troubleshoot this directly on the site to get to the bottom of it quicker. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.
I’ve noticed an issue with manual adjustments created at the backend. When I add a manual adjustment, the record initially appears correctly in the backend. However, once the agent logs into their account, the manual adjustment entry disappears from the backend, even though the balance still reflects correctly on the agent’s dashboard.
Could you advise on the following points:
Is this expected system behaviour, or a potential bug?
Should manual adjustment records also be reflected in the agent dashboard → direct earnings table for transparency?
This is operationally important for us, as we currently use manual adjustments to allocate bonus payouts to agents, and we need to ensure the records are persistent, traceable, and visible to both admin and agent.
Appreciate your guidance on how best to handle this.
Thanks for the update and for the additional details.
Regarding the visibility of these adjustments: On the vendor dashboard, these manual adjustments would not affect the 'earnings this month' statistics at the top, but they should affect the 'balance available'. The adjustment entry itself should also be visible in the table, as shown in my screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/gfhcz2QZa3_g
Since the entry is disappearing, I believe this could be a caching issue. I noticed from your video that you have the LiteSpeed Cache plugin active. Could you please try to exclude the dashboard page completely from caching in the LiteSpeed settings? If you have any kind of object caching active on the server, it is possible that could affect the backend as well.
Please also make sure you have the latest version of the plugin installed (1.8.10).
If you'd like, we can also troubleshoot this directly on the site to see what is happening. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.
Hi Stefan,
I’ve noticed an issue where the manual adjustments made in the backend are automatically deleted once the user logs into their account.
Could you please advise:
Is this expected behaviour within SalesKing?
and what would be the recommended way to retain manual backend adjustments without them being overridden on user login?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Stefan,
Please refer to the attached screenshots for context. Video: Manual adjustment doesn't reflect in user earning
