    Hello,

We are currently migrating our old shop system to Woocommerce and have encountered a limitation with our most important product. The Link shows our old solution.

The new Woocommerce solution is a bundle configurator. This allows each product to be simple to manage and to be combined for a configuration / Bundle.

Unfortunately, B2B King currently only offers an offer generator that requires a fixed quantity to be entered.

    Our goal:

Customers can order a bundle from a predefined bundle of three products with variants: packaging, printing options and inlay options. It is important to add the B2B price tiers for each option and display them as a new total table. For example, the price for 500 units for product 1 + product 2 + product 3 = total price for 500 units. This enables the customer to see a new total price scale table.

We have found two plugins on the market, but they do not show graduated prices or information on compatibility with B2B King. In general, their focus is on individual purchases and not B2B.

Our goal is to combine these two plugins for B2B. It would be ideal if we could link attributes such as the size of the packaging and the size of the inlay so that the customer only has to/can change this for one of the variants.

Would you be interested in supporting us in developing this and including this feature in your B2BKing plugin? Is something like this already planned?

    Hi Marcel,

Thank you for purchasing B2BKing and for the detailed explanation,

I took a look at your old site and the calculator setup there. Based on what I see, I don't think you necessarily need a bundle plugin - I believe what you're looking for is more of a "product addons" or "product extra options" plugin. This would let you configure different add-ons like print, process, color, etc. as options on a single product.

Now, the tricky part is tiered pricing. B2BKing's tiered pricing isn't compatible out of the box with addon or bundle plugins, unfortunately. This is a common challenge in WooCommerce - combining pricing plugins is difficult because there are dozens of pricing hooks, and each plugin works on them independently, which can get messy. Generally having two plugins that both modify pricing on the same site is quite complex.

    What I'd suggest:

Take a look at this addons plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options - it's the one B2BKing is best integrated with.

While B2BKing's tiered pricing on addons isn't directly possible, that plugin advertises "Calculate prices using math formulas and lookup tables" - this could potentially work for you to replicate tiered pricing, either with a quantity-based formula or with a lookup table.

I'd recommend taking a detailed look at that option first.

If that doesn't fully cover your needs, the remaining option would be custom code. In that case, we will try to help you with some code for that, to control the pricing based on a custom algorithm, but please keep in mind if it gets too complex you would need to work with a developer, as we're limited in what we can do as part of support.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
