Using B2B rules for a group, my shop page displays products with a double image. I'm using Woodmart Child as the theme. Please provide a solution to this problem. Thank you.

    Hi there,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin and sorry to hear about that issue.

I'm not entirely sure why B2BKing would cause a double image display on the shop page. To help narrow this down, could you try deactivating B2BKing temporarily and check if the double image issue persists? If it does, then the issue is likely unrelated to B2BKing.

It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot showing exactly where this is happening - that way I can better understand and try to reproduce the issue on my end.

If you'd like, I'm also happy to check this directly on your site. For that, we would need a backend admin login or access to a staging site.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan

    Hi again,

    Thank you for sharing that.

I tested this now locally with the latest versions of both B2BKing and Woodmart, but I wasn't able to reproduce the double image issue: https://prnt.sc/AsMhcrX-jq4B

This likely has to do with a specific settings combination, a particular Woodmart module, or a specific widget configuration on your site.

Could you please share a backend login to the site or a staging clone so we can troubleshoot this directly?

    Kind regards,
    Stefan

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to me.

It sounds like there's probably something misconfigured, but it's hard to say exactly what without seeing the issue directly or checking your site's specific setup.

If you can share either a backend site login or a link to a page where I can see the problem happening, I'll be happy to investigate and try to provide you with a solution - even if it might just be some CSS to hide the duplicate image.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
