I have tried every possible combination of setting and the register button doesnt work.

I am getting this error in the Inspect Element console:

An invalid form control with name='b2bking_registration_roles_dropdown' is not focusable.

I dont want people to click on a user role. The store manager needs to assign each resister user to a role.

I have disabled the Ajax loading, re-saved the permalinks, disabled all the caching plugins, and cleared b2b kings cache.

    Hi Collin,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

The way B2BKing works is that customers apply for a role during registration, but when you approve them, you choose which group they're actually assigned to. The groups are what control the prices, products, payment terms, etc. so the group is what matters.

So for your use case (where you want to assign users manually), here's how to set it up:

    1. In B2BKing → Settings → Registration, activate the setting "Enable dropdown and fields": https://prnt.sc/5eijC2Pd_072

    2. In B2BKing → Registration Roles, enable only 1 role with manual approval. When there's just 1 role, the dropdown won't show to customers. It should look like this in your backend: https://prnt.sc/44XrlHy_DKwE

    3. This will register customers as pending manual approval. You can then go to the customer profile and before clicking Approve, choose their group from the dropdown here: https://prnt.sc/Qv9gphLekqHC

Let me know if that works for you!

If it helps, we're also happy to look into this directly on the site and help configure it for you per your needs. For that, we'd need a backend login to the site or a staging clone.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
