I'm trying to create a dynamic price rule that applies to all products, except for 2 (they will have another discount rule). So I chose "All products except..." and tried to choose the 5 from the dropdown menu. I found only 3. The other 2 exist and are public but are not shown in the menu.
The issue you are seeing is due to some limits in the current system, it doesn't load all products in that dropdown to prevent errors when there are many items. We are currently working on a new UI to solve these kinds of limitations.
As a solution, please try going to B2BKing -> Early Access and enable the Dynamic rules setting there. This just changes the management UI, while the rules themselves continue to work the same way.
Hello,
I'm trying to create a dynamic price rule that applies to all products, except for 2 (they will have another discount rule). So I chose "All products except..." and tried to choose the 5 from the dropdown menu. I found only 3. The other 2 exist and are public but are not shown in the menu.
Why is that? How can I choose them?
All help will be much appreciated!
Hi Marjan,
Thanks for reaching out.

Once enabled, you can create the rule like this: https://prnt.sc/SxdtGwtrfjlC
You can choose "Exclude products" and search for the specific items you need.
Let me know if that works for you!
Kind regards,
Stefan
