I have created a registration form that works perfectly for new users. Now, I would like to add the same dropdown options for existing registered users so they can upgrade their accounts to Pro User. Could you please guide me on how to set up those fields in the edit account section of WooCommerce?
It is currently not possible to display those fields directly within the standard WooCommerce My Account section. However, we do have a built-in feature that allows existing users to apply for an account upgrade.
To set this up, you will need a dedicated registration page (if you don't already have one). Here is how you can do it:
1. Create a new page and add the following shortcode to it: [b2bking_b2b_registration_only]
2. Go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Registration, and enable the Existing Users Can Apply setting.
Once this is configured, your existing users can visit that dedicated page while logged in and fill out the form to apply for the Pro User upgrade. You will then receive a registration notification, allowing you to review and approve their request.
