Polylang should work fine with B2BKing - we're not aware of any incompatibilities there. That said, if you still have the flexibility to choose, we'd recommend WPML as it's the most tested multilingual plugin with B2BKing. Polylang is more rarely used among our customers, so WPML has had more extensive testing.
Regarding WooPayments, yes, it's compatible with B2BKing as a payment gateway - no issues there. All payment gateways work with B2BKing.
For the multicurrency feature of WooPayments specifically, I don't have detailed compatibility info on that yet as we haven't fully tested it. What I can recommend is the free FOX Currency plugin, which we've built a dedicated integration for and can guarantee its compatibility with B2BKing.
