I made a dynamic rule where all visitors (except vor NL), B2B or B2C, logged in or not logged in, are exempt from VAT when they enterĀ a valid Vat-number in the checkout. However the VAT stays in the total.
It only works when I am logged in as B2B with already a VAT number
Is it possible to make it work, even when I have no vat number at registration but enter it only during checkout? And also even if a customer with no account enters a valid VAT?
