We are currently using your plugin B2BKing to manage quote requests on our WooCommerce website.
We have also configured our shipping costs using a Shipping Extension plugin, which automatically calculates fees based on WooCommerce rules (zones, weight, etc.).
However, we have noticed that shipping costs are not displayed in the quote requests generated through B2BKing.
Would it be possible to:
integrate WooCommerce shipping cost calculations directly into the quote,
or dynamically display the shipping amount in the quote request on the customer side?
The goal is to obtain a complete quote (products + shipping) that matches the WooCommerce cart total.
A B2BKing offer (quote) is technically a WooCommerce product, but it doesn't really have weight, dimensions, or similar attributes in a way that would integrate automatically with your shipping plugin.
Because of that, a more practical approach is usually to include the shipping cost directly inside the offer itself. Some options for this:
Go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Other and disable "Offers use actual products". You'll then be able to type free text such as "Shipping" directly into the offer line items, along with the cost.
Alternatively, you can click the icon shown here: https://prnt.sc/TKvFpGOQ75V_ to convert a line into a text field where you can enter shipping or any other custom charges.
One more thing, looking at the screenshot you shared, I don't actually see an Offer/Quote product listed, so there may also be a configuration issue on the site worth checking.
If you'd like, we can troubleshoot this directly. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone we can work on.
