    Dear Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I noticed in your recent changelog that a single vendor can create manual orders. I would like to confirm whether this feature is available for vendors directly from their dashboard.

My requirement is as follows: If a customer visits a seller physically (B2B scenario), the seller should be able to create a manual order on behalf of that customer using only their own products from the vendor dashboard.

    Could you please confirm:

    1. Is this feature currently available for vendors (frontend dashboard)?
    2. If yes, how can I enable or configure it?
    3. If not, is there any recommended workaround or upcoming update for this?

I am using WooCommerce with MarketKing and B2BKing.

    Looking forward to your guidance.

    Regards, Nazrul

    Hi Nazrul,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion around the changelog entry.

To clarify: the recent update means that when the admin creates a manual order in the backend with a single vendor's products, the plugin will now auto-calculate and assign the commission. However, this is only available to the admin from the site backend. Vendors themselves cannot currently create manual orders from their dashboard.

As a possible workaround, you could look into our SalesKing sales agents plugin: https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-b2b/salesking/

The idea would be to also set your vendors as sales agents. Agents have a "shop as customer" feature, where they can create new customer accounts (if one doesn't exist yet) or shop on behalf of existing accounts, adding products to the cart and checking out normally.

SalesKing and MarketKing do have some integration, but please note they currently use separate dashboards. So a vendor would work normally on site.com/vendor-dashboard, and would need to go to site.com/agent-dashboard (or similar) to access the agent side.

Let me know if you have any questions,

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
