Critical error shows in vendor dashboard again

    When we login to the site it shows "There has been a critical error on the website". attaching the screenshot for your reference. we are facing a lot of issues with your plugin and our client is not really happy about it. please resolve the issue asap.

    Hi Karan,

    Sorry to hear about that issue. Just to clarify, MarketKing runs as part of the wider site environment, so a critical error message on the page does not mean it is caused by MarketKing directly. We would need to look at the actual error details to know what is going on.

    I tested with a few products on your site, for example https://reselix.com/seller-dashboard/edit-product/360682/, and I am not seeing the error you mentioned: https://prnt.sc/OTgaAk6PbMB1

    Could you please let us know exactly which product you are testing with when the error appears? That specific product likely has something corrupted (possibly its permalink), but it is hard to say without knowing which one you are looking at.

    Once we have that info we can investigate further.

    Hi Karan,

    You're on the MarketKing Startup subscription (licensed to [email protected]), which is an annual subscription that includes updates and support for 1 year.

    It last renewed on April 23rd this year, so the next renewal will be on April 23rd next year.
