I cannot remember how I purchased the plugin wholesale prices & tiered pricing. I would like to know how I get the tiered prices to show on the backend when placing orders
Please note the "Wholesale Prices & Tiered Pricing" plugin is a different product from our B2BKing plugin. That one is handled by the WooCommerce.com team, so for support you would need to go through the support link from your WooCommerce.com account.
Generally speaking regarding manual orders on the backend: with most plugins of this type (B2BKing included), tiered/wholesale pricing only applies on the frontend for the logged-in customer. If you need to place manual orders that reflect a specific customer's tiered pricing, the usual workaround is to use a plugin like "Login as User" to log in as that customer and place the order through the frontend on their behalf.
