    Hello!

I bought the plugin and will replace it with my current B2B-plugin. I am going to use the hybrid B2C and B2B setup and saw that I can choose to activate "

    Existing Users Can Apply

Allow existing B2C customers to upgrade to a B2B account.

This setting affects how registration approval works: B2B users that require approval are initially registered as B2C, and can immediately access the site while their B2B application is pending."

Its activatade, but where can I found this upgrade/apply button when I am logged in as a normal customer. I cant se anything from my account page.
please help me how I fix that, so my current customers with accounts can be able to apply for the B2B portal.

    Hi Marcus,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin!

To allow existing B2C customers to upgrade to a B2B account, you'll need to set up a dedicated registration page for this. Here's how:

    1. Create a new page, for example "Apply for a B2B account"
    2. Add one of our registration shortcodes to it, such as [b2bking_b2b_registration_only]

Once that's done, your existing B2C customers can visit this page while logged in and apply to become B2B users. The same page also works for logged-out visitors who want to register directly as B2B.

You can then link to this page from your menu, account page, or anywhere else you'd like customers to find it.

Let me know if you have any questions,

    Kind regards,
    Stefan

Thanks, now I can see that the discounted prices, for example all products 20 % for one B2B group, looks correct at the assortment pages and the product card shows correct prices. But when I click on a product and go to the product detail page, it shows the same price both for the retail price, as for the b2b price. The b2b price should be visible as 20 % discount here.
Could you please check this asap?

    Hi Marcus,

Looking at it, this is almost certainly a conflict with something else on the site that affects price display. I noticed there's some text below the price mentioning "30 days" - that could be related to a plugin modifying the price output.

Could you check if you have any other plugins active that add discounts, show lowest prices, or otherwise modify the price display? That's the most likely culprit here.

If you'd like, we can also investigate this directly. For that, we'd need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site, and we can take a closer look at what's interfering.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
