i made an offer and the 'price' shows 5821,00 zł while the value shows 1,00 zł as you can see in attachment i'm sending. How do i fix that? when the client clicks 'pay now' it shows them that they have to pay only 1,00 zł + shipping cost which is absurd
Based on the screenshot, I believe there is some kind of pricing conflict happening, likely caused by another plugin or custom code that is affecting the final price calculation.
Could you check whether you have any plugins for discounts, dynamic pricing, pricing rules, or anything similar that might be modifying prices on the site? If so, please try deactivating them to see if you can identify the conflict.
If you'd like, we're happy to investigate and resolve this directly for you. For that, we would just need a backend admin login to the site, or staging clone site.
