Unfortunately, MarketKing is built on top of WooCommerce, so it won't work with SureCart as a replacement.
As for Tutor LMS, there's no native integration between MarketKing and Tutor LMS at this time. Both plugins can coexist on the same WordPress site, but any deeper integration (like selling courses through the marketplace) would require custom development work.
