I purchased Marketking pro become you said in documentation that I was going to be able to let vendors approve automatically but I can’t do that. I also use the Marketking plugin completely in French in my WordPress staging website but when I installed it now on my real website the free and the pro stayed in English when I clicked language there’s no option to change language. My WordPress website is in French all my plugins are in French or automatically translated to French except yours plus I am also using Gtranslate for additional help with some plugins.
(1) To set up automatic approval, please go to MarketKing -> Registration -> Registration Options, then click on each registration option. There you can set it to automatic approval and choose an approval group: https://prnt.sc/iSlyFlKXjWb7
(2) MarketKing is fully compatible with translation plugins and follows all WordPress translation standards. However, the plugin doesn't come with a built-in French translation, so you may need to translate strings manually depending on the translation solution you're using.
That said, GTranslate usually handles things automatically. One thing to note though is that GTranslate may not work on the MarketKing vendor dashboard area without a small code snippet to integrate it. Is that where you're having trouble - specifically in the vendor dashboard?
If you'd like, I'd be happy to take a look at the site and the issues directly. For that, we would need a backend admin login to the site or a staging clone site.
I was able to fix the problems by delete and reinstall Marketking but now I have more problems. After reinstalling the plugin, the reinstall came without the vendor registration page or vendor dashboard and the vendors list page. I created the vendor list page but when new vendor registered they are not registered as vendor. What I mean by that, I can’t register vendors to Marketking. I have a registration page but is not connected to the plugin. This is the login to my live account. By the way, before upgrading to pro. I didn’t have any issues.
I really need your ASAP. I deactivated the plugin again and activated again and yes it doesn’t come with the vendor list page no the vendors dashboard. So, I need your help to fix the issues. I gave the login information below in my previous post. Let me know.
That setting is what controls them - the pages themselves can be empty, MarketKing handles the content automatically.
I also fixed the registration issue. The problem was that in MarketKing -> Registration -> Registration Options -> Vendor, no group was configured: https://prnt.sc/pZyL3pDiaPTd

Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for your patience on this.
I went ahead and configured things directly on the site. Here's what I did:
For the Stores List and Vendor Dashboard pages, I created two new pages at:
https://inyonlakay.com/cultivateurs/liste-des-boutiques/
and
https://inyonlakay.com/cultivateurs/tableau-de-bord-vendeur/
Then I set those pages in the MarketKing settings here: https://prnt.sc/EkuOpnB7qYUa
I've tested registration and it seems to be working now. Here's a quick recording:

Let me know if you see any further issues and I'll be happy to check!
Kind regards,
Stefan
