Could you let me know if there's a specific error message when you try to activate? Sometimes a connection issue between the site and the licensing server can cause this kind of thing.
I've gone ahead and deactivated the license from our central database, so please try activating it again now.
If you're still not able to activate it, we're happy to investigate directly on the site. For that, we'd just need a backend login to the site.
